ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 standards have undergone radical change bringing questions and concerns over the new structure, revised documentation requirements and a variety of other changes needed to conform to the standards. This new approach represents a dramatic change in direction.

To date, a staggering 80% of Irish firms currently certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 have yet to complete this transition. Whether this is down to budgetary constraints, timing, lack of prioritization or a general reluctance to change has not been ascertained. Notwithstanding the reason, the fact remains that the majority of Irish companies are facing into a race against time to proceed with this transition or face losing their much-prized certification.

In response to these significant changes CG Business Consulting are running an dedicated seminar on the day on the revised standards to inform you of the requirements needed do to comply with the new standards and how to get certification. Join us as we provide tools and tips to help you navigate through the maze of changes for a smooth transition to the new standards. You will also receive the latest information available to help you adopt this new approach.

A combination of presentations, case studies from indigenous Irish firms that have already completed the transition, and sessions on specific requirements of ISO 9001 such as Risk-Based thinking, as well as other QEHS standards from experienced business leaders and standards experts will provide much valued industry insights. The conference will also include networking sessions where attendees will be able to interact with fellow quality and business professionals as well as speakers.

A number of our clients who have made the upgrade to ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 standards will present a case study on the day sharing their journey and experiences. This event will provide attendees with an opportunity to discover the key steps taken to make the transition, the required changes and the impact to their business.

The aim of this event is to provide you with answers to the following questions:

    • What are the changes?
    • How will the changes impact your organization?
    • What are the implications for your existing ISO Management System?
    • What can you do to transition to the new standards?

For anyone involved in quality, environmental or health & safety management systems whether as a quality manager, environmental manager or health and safety manager this event is of vital importance and a must attend event for all.

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to learn and network at our inaugural All-Ireland CG Business Consulting conference on QEHS standards.
